Our stay at the Jackson Gore Inn was fantastic, especially for a ski vacation. The spacious room was perfect for our family of four, and we loved the variety of activities available right at the resort. However, dining options were limited, especially as some restaurants weren’t operational during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, but it could have been improved with better dining choices.

5.0/10
My stay at the resort was quite mixed. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, setting high expectations, but the service and room conditions left a lot to be desired. While I appreciated the family-friendly amenities and some of the scenic views, the check-in experience and room cleanliness were significantly disappointing.
Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious and had a great view, but it needed updating and was not as clean as expected. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which was quite off-putting.
Service
5.0
The service was inconsistent, with a lack of assistance during check-in and a general disinterest from the front desk staff. It felt like I was burdening them by asking for help.
Location
6.0
The location is somewhat remote, away from downtown Ludlow, making it necessary for more on-site amenities for guests waiting to check in or looking for activities.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and the lack of communication about available restaurants was frustrating. It felt like there should have been more variety offered onsite.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were decent, but the furniture in the room was outdated and took up too much space. More amenities onsite could really enhance the experience.

7.0/10
My stay at Jackson Gore was a mix of enjoyment and frustration. The property has fantastic amenities, especially for families, making it a great place to stay. The location is conveniently close to Ludlow and skiing options. However, the service was hit or miss, with some issues during check-in and communication that dampened the experience. Overall, it has potential but could use some improvements in customer service.

We were placed in the Adams House, which felt outdated compared to the main building where I had stayed before. The room was a bit small, but it had a cozy fireplace that I enjoyed, even though it wasn't cold enough to need it.
Service
5.0
The service was a mixed bag; while some staff members were friendly, the initial check-in was disinterested and lacked important information about the resort and activities.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect as it's just a few minutes' drive from downtown Ludlow, which offers various restaurants and a grocery store for longer stays. It's also conveniently close to the ski lifts.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were okay, though the experience could have been smoother. We had to go back to our room for meals since there wasn't enough reliable information provided about restaurant hours.
Facilities
8.0
The resort has great facilities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, an arcade, and various family-friendly activities that made our stay enjoyable.

We had a wonderful last-minute experience at the hotel with breathtaking views and cozy accommodations. The room was spacious, and the staff went out of their way to recommend fantastic dining options in the area. However, after a great stay, we did run into a small issue regarding our second night's rate, which was confusing at first. Overall, it was a lovely visit, and we're planning to return soon.
Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious and comfortable with a stunning view of the slopes. We particularly enjoyed the Murphy bed, which was surprisingly accommodating for my tall husband.
Service

The service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, helping us with local dining choices and resolving our billing confusion promptly.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic, offering direct access to skiing and stunning views right from the balcony.
Dining
8.0
While the on-site restaurant was closed during our stay, the staff provided excellent recommendations for local eateries that did not disappoint.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had a great atmosphere with lovely communal spaces, but we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities like the bar since they were closed.

Our stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. While the spacious rooms offered a cozy atmosphere, and the scenic location right by the ski lifts was a major plus, the service left much to be desired. We encountered several issues that were not adequately addressed, notably in dining options and responsiveness to our needs.
Rooms
8.0
The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. However, the noise from snow plows early in the morning was quite disruptive.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was rather hit or miss. We struggled to get clear answers about amenities, and our requests were often met with indifference.
Location
9.0
The resort is beautifully located right on the mountain, making it super convenient for accessing the slopes.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited during our stay, with restaurants closing unexpectedly when the resort wasn't fully booked, which was disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities looked nice, but the lack of dining availability and service hindered our overall experience.
